Job Summary

This position will provide support for performing cybersecurity related and general system administrator tasks for the Control Systems Platform Enclave in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operation of the Host Based Security Suite (HBSS), Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (MS WSUS), Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MS SCCM), and compliance scanning of all Industrial Controls systems
  • Utilize specific virtualization experience with VMware
  • Evaluate and establish Active Directory administration including Group Policy
  • Execute required functions to maintain Microsoft operating systems Workstation Win 7, Win 10 
  • Perform change and configuration management
  • Perform patching of servers, workstations, virtual servers and desktops
  • Perform continuous monitoring tasks, including reviewing syslog servers, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator which includes the following services; host intrusion prevention, policy compliance, rogue systems detection, and data loss prevention
  • Administer and create reports from cyber security compliancy scans using Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • Patching network equipment as needed
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and CompTIA Sec+ CE Cert required 
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of virtualization experience with VMware
  • Must have 2 years with V6.X
  • Must have 4 years of Active Directory administration including Group Policy
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems Workstation Win 7, Win
  • Experience with Microsoft operating Server 2012, 2016
  • Experience with Linux OS ‐ Experience with MS Powershell and scripting
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MS SCCM), Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (MS WSUS)
  • Understanding of change and configuration management
  • Experince with Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization and system administrator activities to include: patching of servers, workstations, virtual servers and desktopsDomain will include administration and integration of existing domains into CSPE domain services, and account management.Continuous monitoring tasks, including reviewing syslog servers, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator which includes the following services; host intrusion prevention, policy compliance, rogue systems detection, and data loss preventionAdminister and create reports from cyber security compliancy scans using Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)Patching network equipment as needed
