The Talent Insights Team leverages data to help leaders and other stakeholders across ServiceNow make better decisions about people. You will play a lead role in consulting with business stakeholders, running analyses, and delivering insights that drive action both in the Global Talent organization and the business at-large.The role will be heavily focused on recruiting analytics. You will design and run analyses, automate reports, and fill in the gaps with your expertise to ensure the right data gets in front of the right people at the right time.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Use data to 'tell the story' about our talent
  • Present and communicate findings and status reports about how things are going related to recruiting, team health and retention
  • Scope and Build Tableau Dashboards and other tools that will help stakeholders understand how things are going and when they need to take action
  • Collaborate heavily with our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to understand recruitment, talent brand, hiring, etc. and ensure data are leveraged to make decisions and drive actions
  • This role will also leverage analytics to support other Global Talent functions when needed (learning and development, talent management, compensation, benefits)
  • Leverage tools, such as Tableau, SQL, Workday, and Excel to drive efficient insights
  • Communicatefindings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Partnerwith ITand HR Systemsto improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness and works with internal teams to automate or streamline data collection processes
  • In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 5-10YearsExperiencein People Analytics
  • Expertise in SQL, Excel and Tableau
  • Experience presenting to executives and leadership
  • Experience implementing and designingdashboards
