This is the Invention Age and this is where you come in. Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Exchange/Office 365 Engineer to join IT's Messaging team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Messaging and Collaboration, and have extensive Microsoft Exchange experience. Job Function IT Administrator responsible for supporting a Domestic/International distributed Messaging Infrastructure.. Performs day to day administration, operation, and management of Exchange 2013 environment Performs day to day administration, operation, and management of Exchange online Performs tier 3 problem resolution working with customers and partner IT teams Experienced PowerShell scripter with a track record of automating repetitive processes Coordinates day to day events within multiple global sites, as well as providing escalation support via a ticketing system, telephone calls, direct emails, etc. Tests changes in a lab environment to plan out change requests. Documents processes and procedures Supports other team members and acts as a resource to all members of the team Design and implementation of email-related business requirements All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 7+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of hands on experience administering and supporting Exchange. Solid knowledge of Office 365 and its interaction with Active Directory. Advanced skills managing Office 365 using PowerShell Experience with Azure AD user management for Office 365. Experience with Intune for mobile device management and Windows 10 device management. Experience with data retention, preservation and eDiscovery preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Customer service mindset. Additional Skills Technical understanding of a Windows Active Directory multi-domain environment Experience with Cisco IronPort SMTP gateways Technical understand of email forensics, discovery, and compliance Office 365 administration experience including SharePoint, Teams, Skype a plus Merger and acquisition integration experience
