Job Overview

Provides strategic leadership for the companys Marketing, Sales, Service, & Commerce convergence into a single streamlined digital customer experience. Provides functional, industry, and technical expertise to drive strategic direction for this transformational program across the full stack of applications and services. Responsible for establishing deep relationships with key business counterparts, long-term business capability roadmap, and providing architecture, design and implementation direction. Creates, evaluates and gains alignment on long-term strategy, roadmaps, and business cases to drive the companys Marketing, Sales, Service, & Commerce convergence transformational program and IT solutions in coordination with key stakeholders and cross functional delivery teams. Candidates must have deep semiconductor, high-tech electronics, Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, digital transformation, lean / six-sigma, leading digital experience packaged applications, and IT Architecture domain experience. Candidate should have an in-depth understanding and experience in semiconductor supply chain operations, forecasting, supply and demand management, sales and fulfillment. Responsible for establishing foundational business architecture footprint by:Developing and validating a business capability model showing an abstraction of the core operations of the business Establishing a comprehensive validation and representation of business architecture elements such as capabilities, information and organization structureThoroughly mapping applications, data flows, business capability models, process models, value streams and organizational roles. Responsible for driving transformational initiatives by:Engaging key stakeholders and understanding business strategy and stakeholder vision Clearly articulating what the business wants to achieve and how it creates value (both qualitative and quantitative measures)Developing a business capability roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders, enterprise architect, and cross functional delivery teamsDeveloping and driving proof of value, business case evaluations and approvals through the governance structureDefining and developing appropriate business architecture with cross functional fitContinuously evaluating business processes and solutions using lean and six-sigma techniquesand aligning the roadmap accordinglyEvaluating and introducing efficient newer capabilities and technologies to serve business needsEngaging with cross functional delivery teams ensuring alignment of the solution to overall architecture The responsibilities of this role include:Working independently with no supervision.Taking responsibility for own work and making decisions with more significant in their impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives; errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work process/product or time between decisions and results; errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.Having a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is making or directly making key decisions that have substantial impact on the organization).Using deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or conflicting; advanced data analysis and interpretation skills are required.Exercising exceptional creativity is needed to innovate new ideas and develop innovative products/ processes without established objectives or known parameters. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree and 8+ years IT-specific work experience OR 10+ years IT-specific work experience without a bachelors degree. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in IT-relevant field. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes tasks and makes decisions with large impact and scope, and provides oversight when needed to drive multiple, highly complex cross-organizational projects and other assignments forward.Drives collaboration with internal and external leaders across IT, and other senior leaders to solve complex problems.Proactively identifies problems, aligns resource plans with business objectives, and oversees the planning, coordination, and assignment of talent to accomplish priorities and deadlines, and to improve organizational efficiency. Conducts autonomous research and learning, and testing of new IT technology to develop new processes, applications, or solutions, and presents detailed demonstrations or proof of concepts to senior leaders across the organization.Engages with business partners cross-functionally (e.g., testing group, product group, customers) to develop and execute a plan and system design for a large initiative.Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others by building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and other industry leaders.Seeks out and capitalizes on improvement opportunities, often at a level that affects cross-functional teams and business partners internally and externally to the organization, and takes ownership of high priority issues or risks, as appropriate. Brings forth innovative solutions for complex issues in IT ecosystems by leveraging cross-functional and industry contacts, and troubleshoots problems of any complexity.Engages business partners and communicates across the organization to resolve large scale system/program conflicts and challenges.Displays thought leadership and identifies the state of system solutions, approaches, or other technical information and compares against industry standards to identify opportunities for improvement.Presents end-to-end solutions within and outside of project team to ensure project completion, and influences decision making process.Considers all aspects as lead of a design by determining which teams should get involved and which tests need to be conducted, reviewing risk areas and impact, and highlighting the right set of issues to share with senior leadership and the entire team.
