Support various engineering projects by executing assembly, rework, modifications and upgrading of CCA hardware; assembly and rework of mechanical assemblies, chassis', fixtures, rack and stacks; fabrication and rework of cable and wire harnesses and removal and installation of all types of chip devices onto CCA's.
Perform several varieties of electrical and mechanical assembly, such as, circuit card assembly, cable and wire harness fabrication, rack and stack assembly, text box, fixtures and chassis assemblies. Ability to independently support removal and installation (reflow) of fine leaded components, BGA's, Micro-BGA's, QFN's, BCC's, Open Faced Modules, Dies, Laminates and PoP devices.
Proficient in and possesses strong mechanical, electrical and communication skills and has the ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, etc. Able to assemble and/or fabricate electrical and mechanical assemblies
High School Diploma and Basic Electronic course or equivalent experience. Advanced Electronic training or experience in an engineering environment. Solder Certification, ESD Certification and IC handling training.
